Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Ltd ("Lonsen Kiri"), is a JV of Well Prospering Ltd (sub-company of Zhejiang Longsheng) and India Kiri Dyes and Chemicals Ltd ("Kiri"). Kiri is the biggest reactive dyestuff producer in India, producing intermediates such as H acid and para-ester.
In 2008, Lonsen invested in Baroda to set up reactive dyestuff production line with 20,000t annual capacity, commissioning in September 2009. In September 2010, Lonsen started to invested in Levafix programme, which combined the advantages of Lonsen, Dystar and India Kiri.
